Each step is separate and recorded, so nothing is issued by accident.
Import Excel or CSV files. Every row is checked, duplicates are flagged and nothing is dropped silently.

Approval freezes the exact names, design and delivery plan. Any later change asks for a new review.
Certificates are generated as PDFs with a QR code and sent by email. Failures are listed with a clear next step.

Arabic quality
Atharix treats Arabic as a first language, not a translation.
Text is rendered by a real browser engine, so letters connect and diacritics stay in place in the PDF.
Names shrink within limits you set. If a name still does not fit, the batch stops with a clear message instead of cutting it.
Bilingual course titles, Latin organization names and numbers keep their direction and order.
Verification
Each certificate links to a verification page from the issuing organization. If a certificate is corrected, expires or is revoked, the page shows it immediately.
Verification confirms that the organization issued the record. It does not mean the training is accredited by an external authority.

No. The Free plan stays free. It renews 100 certificates each year from the date you start, and unused certificates do not roll over.
You can correct the spelling. The certificate keeps the same verification link, a new PDF is produced and the change is recorded. Corrections do not use another certificate from your allowance.
Yes. Owners and administrators can revoke a certificate with a reason. The verification page shows the revocation immediately.
Issued certificates remain verifiable under the retention terms, even after a paid plan ends.
No. Atharix confirms that your organization issued the certificate. Accreditation remains with the relevant authority.
