Atharix covers the work a training team does for every cohort. Each step is recorded, and nothing is issued without a person approving it.

Participants you can trust

Import an Excel or CSV sheet, or add people by hand. Atharix suggests column matches for Arabic and English headers, checks every row and never drops one silently.

A design editor that understands Arabic

Start from one of five original layouts or your own background. Place text, data fields, images and the verification QR code, and preview the longest name before you publish.

Review and approve on purpose

A batch freezes the exact names, design and delivery plan. A layout check measures every certificate before approval, and any later change sends the batch back for review.

Issue and deliver

Approved certificates are generated as PDF files with a QR code and published once. Participants who agreed to receive them get an email with their verification link.

Corrections without confusion

Fix a misspelled name and the certificate keeps its link while the change is recorded. Replace, revoke, change visibility or set an expiry with a reason, and the public page updates at once.

Records you can answer for

An activity log shows who did what and when. Exports are time-limited files, and each organization works on its own address.
