The service
Atharix lets organizations prepare, issue, deliver and publish verification pages for certificates. The Free plan and any paid plan include the limits shown in the product. The service is operated by [Operating legal entity — to be confirmed].
Your responsibilities
You confirm that participants completed what the certificate states, that you may issue certificates in your organization's name and that you have a basis to process and publish participant data.
Accreditation
Atharix confirms that an organization issued a record. It does not accredit training, and you must not present Atharix verification as accreditation.
Plans and payment
The Free plan has no charge and needs no card. Paid plans are agreed in writing and invoiced; the product does not take payment. Changes to your plan take effect when our team records them.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. Issued certificates remain verifiable for the retention period so that holders are not harmed.
Changes
These draft terms will be replaced by final terms before launch. We will tell organizations about material changes.
